Overview

In 2024, Indian Creek Foundation launched Serve Every ONE, a $2 million capital campaign with a bold and compassionate vision: to enhance care for individuals with Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities or Autism, elevate their status as an employer of choice, and ensure long-term sustainability of their programs and facilities.

The campaign needed a unified creative approach that could communicate complex ideas clearly, connect emotionally with donors, and reinforce Indian Creek’s 50-year reputation for compassionate care. That’s where our collaborative team came in pairing powerful, heart-centered messaging by Leah O’Leary of Sculpted Editorial with a thoughtful and vibrant visual identity by Elizabeth Peitzman Design.

Brand Identity & Logo Design

The visual brand, created by Elizabeth Peitzman, centered around the image of an open hand holding a heart — an immediate and recognizable symbol of support, compassion, and inclusivity. The logo’s color palette — red, deep red, purple, and blue — evokes warmth, optimism, and the diverse community Indian Creek serves. Clean, modern typography adds a sense of professionalism and accessibility.

This identity was extended across all campaign elements, ensuring that every touchpoint, from a printed brochure to a digital donation screen, felt connected, trustworthy, and mission-driven.

Campaign Messaging by Sculpted Editorial

Leah O’Leary provided all campaign copywriting, crafting messaging that was both emotionally resonant and strategically effective. Her work included:

Print Materials

The campaign included a full suite of print assets including:

  • A 12-page Campaign Brochure case statement

  • Donor Leave-Behinds like overview one-sheets and mini info cards

  • Event Collateral such as signage, banners, merchandise, and postcards

  • Infographics that illustrated campaign goals and financial breakdowns

Each printed piece was designed to be emotionally compelling and easy to understand, supporting in-person donor meetings and community events.

Social Media Graphics

To help Indian Creek build awareness and sustain campaign momentum online, Elizabeth created a branded library of social media assets, including:

  • Launch countdown and teaser graphics

  • Animated logo reveal

  • Outcome highlights and testimonial graphics

  • Donor appreciation templates

  • 50th Anniversary tie-in visuals

Leah aligned copywriting for post content that reinforced campaign goals and reflected the Foundation’s tone and values.

Campaign Outcomes

The campaign is centered around three long-term outcomes:

  1. Exceptional Care
Expand facilities and services to enhance care for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities or Autism.

  2. Employer of Choice
Strengthen recruitment, retention, and staff development to maintain a thriving workforce in behavioral health and human services.

  3. Sustainable Funding
Raise $2 million to ensure consistent investment in staff, facilities, and programming at the highest standards of care.

The Result

Through a deeply collaborative process, Serve Every ONE launched as a campaign that feels as meaningful as the mission behind it. Together, Leah and Elizabeth helped Indian Creek Foundation translate complex goals into clear, beautiful, and effective tools for engagement—from first impression to final donation.

This partnership stands as a testament to the power of aligned messaging and design—when copy and visuals work hand-in-hand, it becomes easier for an organization to speak from the heart and move people to action.
