- Led organizational rebrand and launched a redesigned website structure optimized for business listings, attraction pages, and community resources.
- Executed an organic content strategy across social platforms and web to drive visitation both in person and online.
Results: Achieved significant organic growth, including a 92% year-over-year increase in organic search traffic and a 53% increase in website users, while maintaining engagement without reliance on paid advertising.

- Implemented a consistent organic social media strategy across Facebook and Instagram to build visibility and narrative engagement leading up to major events.
Results: Increased organic social reach dramatically, including growing Facebook impressions from under 1,000 to over 206,000 and growing followers by 400+ over one year, ultimately supporting renewed community interest in events previously considered for cancellation.
